Pastor Josh has been a lifelong resident of Clinton County. He attended East Clinton schools and graduated from Circleville Bible College with an associate’s degree in youth ministry. He began working at BBC in 2000. He and his wife Misty served together in the youth department where he later became the Youth Pastor for four years. In 2007, he became the Senior Assistant Pastor with the responsibility of overseeing operations and in 2011 became the Associate Pastor. In February of 2017, the church voted unanimously for Josh Dixon to succeed Kelly McInerney as the Senior Pastor.
God has blessed Pastor Josh and Misty with three boys; Preston, Parker, and Pace. They are humbled to continue serving the Lord in this new role and are excited to see what God has in store for BBC!

Bryson is a lifelong resident of Wilmington, and a graduate of Wilmington High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in management, from Wilmington College. He worked at the Clinton County Sheriff's Office, in the corrections division for 11 years, attaining the rank of corporal.
Bryson began working for BBC on a temporary basis in September 2013, having surrendered to the call of ministry last spring. In January 2014, Bryson joined our staff as an Assistant Pastor-in-training. This is a training program that will allow him to learn the many facets of ministry in the local church. After completing the Church's training program for pastors, Bryson's goal is to begin a new church plant in an urban area. Bryson and his wife Chandra have four children, Graysen, Zaviar, Savaya and Jalise. They have been members of BBC since 2005. Bryson is excited to have the opportunity to serve on the staff of Bible Baptist Church.

Aaron was born and raised in Mount Vernon, Ohio. He attended Wilmington College where he obtained a degree in Athletic Training and Sports Management with a business concentration. Since 2001, he has been an Athletic Trainer for the Dayton Dragons. In May 2014, Aaron answered a call to full-time ministry and began working part-time at BBC as the Minister of Children in June 2014 and began full-time in September 2014. In September of 2015 he began as Minister of Youth.
Aaron and his wife Amber were past members of BBC, and have been a strong part of the ministry at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Xenia. They have three children, Abbey, Austin, and Avden. Aaron is looking forward to seeing what God does next in the Youth Ministries at BBC!

Everett began serving on the staff at BBC on a part time basis in August, 2000 and on a full time basis in October of 2006 as Education Director. In September of 2014 he returned to part time status and now serves as head of the Senior Care Ministry, and will oversee our seniors ministry, nursing home outreach, and hospital care. He will also teach the men’s Sunday School class for ages 26 and above.
Everett and his wife Karen have been married for 18 years and reside just outside Wilmington. Everett has been involved in Christian education for more than 25 years and believes the ongoing Bible education that is available in these ministries at Bible Baptist Church are the basis for continued growth in the life of Christians of all ages.

Bryan grew up in a pastor’s family in Blanchester, OH where his grandfather, James Gardner, was his pastor and mentor for almost 30 years. He accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of 6. He graduated from Blanchester High School and attended the University of Cincinnati. He began serving in Christian Education in youth and children's ministries in 1987. Bryan and his family have attended BBC since 2006, where he began serving as a Deacon in 2007. He later felt the call of the Lord on his life and surrendered to full-time ministry, and started on staff at BBC in June 2014. Bryan has a passion for gospel music and serves in the choir and special music.
He and his wife, Denette, live in Wilmington. They have two daughters, Kirsten (Bennie) Guardado, and Kinsey. Bryan loves his family, his pastor and church family, and he loves the Lord. He is humbled, yet excited, to be a part of the BBC Staff.

Ben was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. He grew up in a large Christian family, the oldest of eight children. After graduating High school, Ben moved to Lancaster, California to attend West Coast Baptist College. It was there, that under great conviction Ben realized that he had never personally placed his faith and trust in Jesus Christ. On November 11, 2005, Ben accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior. It was during his time there at college that he met Robin. Two years later they were married, and continued serving the Lord at Lancaster Baptist Church. In January of 2013, Ben answered God’s call to full-time ministry, becoming an associate pastor and worship leader at a small church in southwest Colorado.
In June of 2016, Ben and Robin followed the Lord’s leading and moved their family to Wilmington, Ohio to begin serving on staff at Bible Baptist Church. God has blessed them with four children: Jacob, Emma, Charlie, and Amelia. They are excited to be a part of the ministry here, and are looking forward to how God will continue to use their family at Bible Baptist Church!

Donna joined the BBC Staff in February of 2015 as Director of Women's Ministries. She has been a member of BBC since 1996 and has served in many different capacities, including a Deacon's wife for several terms, a Ladies Sunday School Teacher, and has led numerous Ladies Bible Study classes. As part of the BBC Staff, she will be in charge of Ladies Bible Studies, Ladies Events, and will also be doing Ladies Counseling. She is very excited about this opportunity to serve!
