Josh Dixon

Senior Pastor

Pastor Josh is a lifelong resident of Clinton County.  He attended East Clinton Schools and graduated from Circleville Bible College with an Associates Degree in youth ministry.  He began working at BBC in 2000.  He and his wife Misty served together in the youth department where he later became the Youth Pastor for four years.  In 2007, he became the Senior Assistant Pastor with the responsibility of overseeing operations and in 2011 became the Associate Pastor.  In February of 2017, the church voted unanimously for Josh Dixon to become the Senior Pastor.

God has blessed Pastor and Misty with three boys: Preston, Parker, and Pace.  They are humbled to serve the Lord in this role and are excited to see what God has in store for BBC!

Justin Tong

Assistant Pastor

Justin grew up in Hillsboro, Ohio, and graduated from Hillsboro High School. He attended Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, where he majored in Pastoral Studies. It was during his college years that he met his wife Melissa and they were married in the fall of 1996. Justin joined BBC in 1995 and served in several areas of ministry during his time as a member, including Junior High Sunday School, Choir/Special Music, and the Junior Church Ministry. It was while serving that he felt the leading of the Lord to enter full time ministry.  Justin accepted the position of Youth Pastor at the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church in 2016 where he served until July of 2018. In August of 2018 he returned to BBC as our Assistant Pastor.
 
Justin and Melissa have three daughters, Allison, Emily (Weston) Trampler, and Megan, and also two grandchildren that bring them endless joy! They are excited about God calling them to BBC to serve alongside our Pastor and BBC Team as they fulfill the Great Commission.

Aaron Faucett

Assimilation Pastor

Aaron was born and raised in Mount Vernon, Ohio.  He attended Wilmington College where he obtained a degree in Athletic Training and Sports Management with a concentration in business.  In 2001 he began working as an Athletic Trainer for the Dayton Dragons.  During that time, Aaron and his wife Amber, were faithful members of the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Xenia. The Lord began working on his heart about full time ministry and in May of 2014 he answered the call and began working at BBC. Since then, Aaron has served as our Minister of Children, Minister of Youth, and in 2025 transitioned to Assimilation Pastor, helping members to connect to the ministries of BBC.
 
Aaron and his wife Amber have three children: Abbey (Carter) Jones, Austin, and Avden. They are looking forward to what God is going to do next as they continue to serve Him here at BBC!

Casey McCoy

Minister of Children


Casey is a lifelong resident of Wilmington, Ohio and a graduate of Wilmington High School. After spending twenty years working in his family’s business, he felt a clear call to ministry and surrendered to it. In January 2018, Casey joined the BBC Team as the Minister of Children, where he continues to serve.

Casey and his wife Liza have three sons: Isaiah (Raegan), Tayten, and Quinn. Casey loves being part of the BBC team, and he and Liza look forward to seeing what God has in store for the BBC Kids Faith Factory.

Bryan Coleman

Care Pastor

Bryan grew up in Blanchester, Ohio, where he graduated from Blanchester High School before continuing his education at the University of Cincinnati. His grandfather, James Gardner, served not only as his pastor but also as a trusted mentor for nearly 30 years. Bryan and his family joined BBC in 2006 and quickly became active in ministry. In 2007, he began serving as a deacon, and in June 2014—following the Lord’s call on his life—he surrendered to full-time ministry and joined the BBC Team. In 2017, he was appointed Chaplain for the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office, where he also continues to serve.

Bryan and his wife, Denette, are blessed with two daughters, Kirsten (Bennie) Guardado and Kinsey (Donnie) Lakes, and two grandsons they absolutely love to spoil. Bryan loves his family, his pastor, and his church family, and he is both humbled and grateful to serve as part of the BBC Team. 

Mike Ogg

Education Pastor

Mike grew up in West Chester, Ohio, and graduated from Lakota High School before earning his associate degree from Northwestern Technical College in 1994. He and his family began attending BBC in 2010, where they quickly fell in love with the teaching and preaching of the Word of God. In 2011, Mike sensed the Lord calling him into ministry, and in 2012 he joined the BBC Team as an Assistant Pastor and began ministry training. He was ordained and sent out in 2016 to serve in a church revitalization work. In 2018, the Lord led Mike and his family back to BBC. He has served in several ministries at BBC, including the Spiritual Education Ministry, Nursing Home Ministry, and as a Deacon and Trustee. In 2021, he rejoined the BBC Team, where he continues to serve faithfully as the Education Pastor.

Mike and Michelle have two daughters—Kayla and Alexis (Ryan) Jones—and one sweet grandson they love spending time with. They are passionate about reaching the lost, discipling God’s children, and helping to develop future leaders here at BBC.

Tate Cockman

Director of Youth


Tate has been part of BBC since he was just six months old. He grew up under faithful parents involved in the ministries of the church, learning early what it meant to serve and walk with the Lord. At the age of twelve, he gave his life to Christ, and soon after surrendered to God’s calling on his life. Since then, he has continued to grow in his faith and pursue opportunities to serve wherever God leads.

Tate began a summer internship program at BBC in 2023. He attended Pensacola Christian College for two years while serving in his internship, and in 2025 was honored to join the BBC Team full-time as Youth Director. He is now completing his degree online through Trinity College while faithfully fulfilling this role.

Tate also met his fiancée, Makayla, through the ministry of BBC. They plan to be married next year and are excited to serve the Lord together!

David Beck

Worship Leader

David grew up in Wilmington, Ohio. He is a graduate of Wilmington High School and Wilmington College, where he majored in Music Education. He later obtained a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Xavier University. He served as a youth minister with local churches before beginning a career in music education. He served as the choral director for Wilmington Middle School and High School for twenty-nine years. During that time he always had a passion for the Lord and was always very involved in various aspects of music ministry.

David and his wife, Carolyn, joined BBC in 2018 along with their daughter, Kyle Marie. In 2019 David joined the BBC Team as our Worship Leader. They have been blessed with four adult children, Rachel Beck, Joshua (Samantha) Beck, Caleb Beck, and Kyle (Jonny) Miller, and two grandchildren that they adore! They are excited to be serving the Lord full-time in music and worship here at BBC!
